What we collect

When you complete an enquiry form we collect the details you give us: name, contact details, the address or area of the property, and what you have told us about the work.

When you use the site we collect standard technical information — pages requested, approximate location, browser and device — through our analytics provider.

02

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to assess whether a project is a fit, and to run the work if it becomes one. Technical information is used to understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone outside the people delivering your project.

03

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for two years, then deleted. Project records are kept for the length of the warranty period and the period required for tax and insurance purposes.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the office and we will respond within thirty days.

Questions about any of this

Write to the office and ask. A privacy policy nobody can get an answer about is a document rather than a commitment.
